Junior Field Service Engineer (Algorta)

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Field Service Engineer for our facilities in Getxo (Vizcaya). The engineer will work as part of the Operations team and report to the Operations Director. Responsibilities include:

• Commissioning and start up of new equipment engineered by Veolia Systems.
• Collaborate with other working groups within Veolia Water Technologies during the design, engineering, construction, and startup of new or modified equipment to ensure installations meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and inspect existing equipment, conduct on‑site training with operating, maintenance, and management personnel, and evaluate existing evaporator and crystallizer systems for increasing capacity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with around 2 years experience in Engineering Projects.
