We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to support both our Commercial Estimator and Project Management team. This position plays a critical role in pre-construction and project execution, assisting with estimating takeoffs, bid preparation, and administrative coordination throughout the lifecycle of commercial construction projects.
Candidates with experience working for commercial general contractors, commercial cladding, or commercial roofing are strongly encouraged to apply.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a construction organization and gain exposure to both estimating and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tasks associated with commercial estimating, including quantity takeoffs and bid preparation
- Perform digital takeoffs using industry software
- Organize and review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
