Junior Entity Accountant

Position Overview

Chemours is seeking a Junior Entity Accountant based in Asturias, Spain office to join our growing Entity Accounting and Reporting Team. This position will be responsible for supporting senior accountants, managing various accounting processes, and actively participating in 10‑K and statutory audit reporting, with direct reporting to the Entity Accounting and Reporting Team Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Senior Accountants of the Entity Accounting & Reporting Team and BPO to ensure accurate and timely delivery of local and global financial statements.
• Assist in monthly financial statement fluctuations review and accounts reconciliations in accordance with corporate policies.
• Participate in the month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to the entities assigned as a Junior Entity Accountant working closely with a cross‑functional team.
