Junior Driver Trainer at SOUTHLAND

In this role, your Class 1S or 2S skills will be key in training new drivers, conducting classroom sessions, and providing real-world evaluations. You’ll also help maintain confidentiality and foster a supportive learning atmosphere. The role includes managing training progress through TrackIt.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training classroom sessions for new hires
• Assess daily driving capabilities to ensure safety
• Conduct on-the-road evaluations for skill development
• Use TrackIt to track training progress effectively
• Provide assistance with Training & Development queries
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 2 driver’s license, “S” endorsed for 3+ years
• Thorough knowledge of Highway Traffic Act and emergency protocols
