RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the health, comfort and safety of customers.
- Maintain daily communication with the plumbing team.
- Operate and drive a steam truck.
- Operate high‑pressure/high‑heat hoses to clean building drain lines.
- Operate drain‑cleaning augers.
- Repair or replace drain piping and install drain clean‑outs as needed.
- Operate video inspection/locating equipment.
- Clean and maintain all equipment, including the steam truck.
- Complete all required administrative duties on a tablet.
