Plan and conduct food service or nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health. Supervise activities of a department providing food services, counselling individuals & Dietetic Department

KEY AREA TASK Requirement
- Planning monthly cyclic menu for patients and staff along with the Chef
- Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance
- Food Tasting for each meal period
- Briefing for meal dispatch and resolving issues occurred during services towards the patients
- Coordinate with Chef for planning menu's for special occasions for Patients & for VIP Patients
