MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Junior Desktop Support & Windows 11 Migration Technician for a 3‑month contract role (with the possibility of extension) with a client of ours located downtown Vancouver.
This is an on‑site part‑time role 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) – no work Monday and Friday. 22.5 hours total per week.
Looking for a Vancouver‑based candidate with skills/experience in:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration and support
- Laptop deployment and imaging
- Device provisioning and configuration
- Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, peripherals, docking stations)
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- IT ticketing systems – Asana
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot (preferred)
- Basic networking troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, VPN, printers)
- Data backup and migration procedures
- Experience supporting Apple macOS dev...
