Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with data, databases, reporting, or engineering projects
Strong SQL skills and a genuine love for working with data
Exposure to ETL processes, data integration, or pipeline development
Understanding of databases, data modelling, and data warehousing concepts
Python experience is a major bonus
An eagerness to learn and grow within the data engineering space
