eDOT Solutions is a maritime technology and AI company headquartered in Vasco Da Gama, Goa, founded in 2004 by Capt. Ruchin C. Dayal (Master Mariner, President — IIMS UK). We build AI-powered platforms for the global shipping industry, serving ship management companies, maritime training institutes, and flag states worldwide.
Our team of 85 professionals spans development, design, maritime domain expertise, and laboratory operations. We operate six live AI products including IntellisNET, our maritime cybersecurity platform built to satisfy IMO Resolution MSC.428(98) obligations under the ISM Code.
IntellisNET was originally co-developed with ClassNK (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai) in 2019 and is currently in active production development, moving toward global fleet deployment.
