Junior Customs Broker

The Junior Customs Broker is responsible for preparing, processing, and reviewing import documentation in compliance with customs regulations. This role requires a solid understanding of customs procedures, the ability to handle more complex entries, and active support of junior staff (Trainee). The position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial processing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Customs Documentation & Processing

• Prepare and process import-type SAD500 entries, including but not limited to:
• A11-00
• A11-20
• A11-40
• E40-00
• Conduct advanced checks on permits, certificates, and rebate documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the processing of Vouchers of Correction (VOCs), Standard VOCs, receive training on processing refund applications.
