Your Mission Running Onboarding That Sticks: New customers land every week. You own the mechanics. Kickoff calls, technical setup, training sessions, the first thirty days. Contributing to the CSM Strategy: You build the assets that make the strategic plays scale. Sales enablement decks, marketing playbooks, reseller activation kits. Content that lands across Sales, Marketing, and Partnership. Driving Adoption to First Sale: Map the stakeholders. Surface the blockers. Get the customer to their first marketplace sale on best practices. Adoption & change management: driving usage and behavior change inside a customer org, especially when the champion who signed isn't the end user who has to adopt.
