Redstone Search Group, a 15+ year established Executive Search Firm, is working with a leading Swiss securities house to hire a Junior Cross Asset Solutions Role in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Support the senior sales and trading team in delivering cross-asset structured solutions to institutional, professional, and retail clients
• Assist with the origination, pricing, and execution of structured products across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, digital assets)
• Contribute to daily market monitoring, trade idea generation, and preparation of product presentations and marketing material
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including structuring, trading, and risk management, to ensure smooth deal execution and client service
