Provide first‑line CRM support to our sales network: resolve incidents and answer day‑to‑day questions.
Onboard and train new users (agents, assistants, managers).
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and management teams.
Document processes and create user guides.
Work closely with our Product & Tech team to flag improvements and bugs.
What we're looking for
Must‑have
1‑2 years in CRM admin, sales operations, functional support or similar roles.
Spanish and English at professional level (C1+).
Organized, hands‑on, and great at explaining things to non‑technical users.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Nice to have
Italian (you'll collaborate with our teams in Italy).
Experience with Salesforce or HubSpo...
