What We Are Looking For

Aird & Berlis is looking to fill an open vacancy for a clerk with corporate experience to fill a unique and rewarding role within our Tax department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a corporate background to gain exposure to the tax group while being mentored by seasoned tax clerks. Proficiency in MinuteBox or a similar corporate database is key for this role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Key maintenance tasks and filings, including preparing of report books and maintaining/updating minute books (including registers and ledgers) and MinuteBox
• Prepare general and annual corporate filings, director/officer changes, dividends, redemptions, extra-provincial and business name registrations;
