About The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Community Manager to help build, grow, and deepen the CFO Connect community. This hands‑on, highly creative role sits at the intersection of community building, content creation, event support, and growth systems.
You will own day‑to‑day community engagement with a focused remit on sponsor relations, CFO Connect Pro member success, and new Pro member growth. You’ll also turn community insights into valuable finance‑focused content and help design scalable systems for community operations.
You will work closely with the Community Lead, the Commercial Partnership Manager, the VP Marketing, and our broader marketing team.
