Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Short‑Term Commercial Claims
- Matric
- FETC NQF 4 – Short‑Term Insurance
- RE5
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (first‑language level)
- Must reside in Roodepoort / Krugersdorp
What You’ll Handle
- End‑to‑end processing of commercial motor and non‑motor claims
- Liaising with brokers, assessors, service providers, and clients
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Managing claims within SLA and delivering excellent service
