Your Role
- Provide technical support for network connectivity and performance issues involving Cisco devices.
- Assist customers by troubleshooting basic incidents, ensuring clear and service-oriented communication.
- Monitor network status and elevate issues when necessary.
- Document activities, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, NOC, or customer support roles (customer service experience is also valid).
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (Wireless or LAN Switching).
