Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Properly store food items and ensure correct labeling and rotation (FIFO).
- Support in receiving, checking, and organizing kitchen supplies and deliveries.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
