Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in strategic business problem solving.
- Co-lead company's expansion initiatives
- Work cross-functionally to launch and execute key projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for leadership decisions.
- Analyze operational performance, efficiency, and cost structures while proposing actionable improvements.
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major (Business, Management, Engineering or related fields are preferred). GPA 3.8+ is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numbers (Google Sheets / Excel).
- High ownership, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Willing to conduct field visits to gain firsthand operational insights and drive business performance improvements.
