Junior Buyer

As a Junior Buyer you will be involved in:

• Facilitate the execution of new & existing contracts, addendums and other documents requiring internal & external approvals
• Support RFx process with review and issuance of RFx documents (EOI, RFI, RFx), clarifications, including post bid and BAFO, track and follow-up as required
• Collaborate with and support SCM, vendors and suppliers in managing Purchase Orders and RFx processes
• Complete monthly and quarterly reports as required
• Maintain appropriate records related to SCM activities
• Assist with onboarding of new vendors in Oracle and Avetta

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum two to five years purchasing and contract experience within a supply chain environment is preferred
