As a Junior Buyer, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, growth and strategy of the Health and Beauty category. Your role will be responsible for buying a range that meets the needs of our customers and is leading within the Travel Retail market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing existing supplier relationships resulting in sustainable and profitable growth
- Grow and develop new areas of business identified as strategic growth opportunities.
- Meet KPI’s relating to Sales and Profit, inclusive of margin and supplier income.
- Identify market trends by researching current trends and competitor activity.
- Analysis of historical statistical data: reviewing sales, profit, stock-turn, markdowns, subclass and supplier performance.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stores through regular visits and contact.
- Maintain and develop strong internal stakeholder relationships
