About the Role

• As a Junior Business Developer based in our Medellín office, you will leverage your hands‑on direct/offline marketing experience to identify and build new business opportunities with universities, companies, industry associations, and academic institutions.
• You will be responsible for planning and executing offline marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and drive business growth.
• Experience in organizing and managing direct marketing activities (such as events, fairs, and exhibitions) is essential.
