About the Role
Junior Business Analyst – Hybrid position in Vaughan, ON, within the Treasury & Shared Services – Business Process & Special Projects team. The role supports the Senior Business Analyst in driving efficiency and standardization across multiple departments, and serves as the primary administrator for the organization’s credit card portfolio and merchant services program.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: document current-state and future-state processes, coordinate workshop sessions with relevant teams to gather feedback and achieve alignment.
- Project Support & Ownership: assist with enterprise and department-led initiatives, represent Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) streams, and independently lead minor initiatives to upgrade existing systems or features.
