To support the growth and expansion of its Rome office, HSPI is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team.
The selected candidate will work in a hybrid mode and support a major Public Sector client in digital transformation and technological innovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support process analysis and functional requirements gathering activities within IT projects.
Collaborate in collecting and formalizing business requirements through interaction with stakeholders.
Assist in mapping and documenting Public Administration processes.
Prepare functional documentation, reports, and project materials.
Participate in the analysis and identification of opportunities for organizational improvement and process digitalization.
Education:
Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
