- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile, Structured, and Object-Oriented methodologies
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation
- Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, traceability matrices, and performance measures
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CASE tools and AODA
