Position Title: Junior BIM Modeler
Work Set Up: On-site
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the design team to seamlessly integrate M&E services into architectural and structural designs
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with client's quality standards
- Ensure resolution of all floating elements in the model
- Remove unnecessary items and elements from the model for optimal efficiency
- Identify and resolve clashes during coordination; elevate unresolved issues for further review with the client
- Maintain and develop libraries to ensure consistent and efficient modeling processes
