Responsibilities
- Interact directly with clients and different groups to understand system issues, system requirements, and related concerns.
- Monitor and track the resolution and next steps/actions needed on issues raised by clients.
- Conduct quality assurance testing.
- Conduct information gathering to help identify areas in which the system can improve and perform more effectively and efficiently.
- Provide user training as required.
- Document processes and create user manuals and related documentation for customers and other support personnel.
Qualifications
- Computer Science or any IT-related course.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
- Ability to configure, monitor, and manage ERP systems such as Order Management System is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in MySQL or basic SQL scripting.
