Junior Attorney – Appeals Department

Responsibilities

• Analysis of civil judgments and decisions
• Identification of appellate arguments and procedural risks
• Preparation of technical summaries for the appeals unit
• Reasoned recommendation on whether to file an appeal

Requirements

• Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
• Experience in civil litigation
• Knowledge of Consumer Law and/or Banking Law
• Strong reading, synthesis, and organizational skills
