The Role

We are seeking a Junior Associate / Associate to join our Birmingham-based Volume Claims team, specialising in motor claims with a strong emphasis on credit hire litigation and dispute resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong motor handler looking to progress their career within a leading insurance practice, while also taking on early supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of motor claims (predominantly credit hire) and play a key role in supporting and supervising junior colleagues handling lower value claims.
