Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
- Must have 1–3 years of experience as an Architect.
- Must have experience on hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and lodges.
- Must have experience preparing architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Must have a good understanding of South African building regulations and SANS standards.
- Must possess strong design, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Must be based in Cape Town (only candidates currently residing in Cape Town will be considered for this position).
