Higher education;

At least 1 year of experience in HR, consulting, psychology, or related fields;

English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds;

Confident user of MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint;

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail;
