At Evonik, we are looking for a Junior Analyst Collector to join our team and play a key role in managing accounts receivable and supporting cash flow performance.
What will you do?
Monitor assigned accounts and identify outstanding debts
Contact customers to follow up on past-due balances
Develop action plans to recover payments
Negotiate payment plans and resolve discrepancies
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with Credit and Customer Service teams
Manage key customer portfolios and ensure healthy aging metrics
What are we looking for?
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Experience in SAP, accounts receivable, or general accounting
Intermediate to advanced English skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
