Junior AI Transformation Advisor

We are looking for a Junior AI Transformation Advisor to support AI adoption and transformation programs for our customers across the Middle East. This is a developing role that combines AI strategy, adoption, change management and program support. You will work closely with senior team members to help turn AI from a concept into measurable business impact while building your own capabilities. At Sulava MEA AI transformation is not a one‑off project; it is a continuous journey. You will contribute to that journey by supporting organisations as they build the foundations to become AI‑native.

• Support AI transformation programs across different phases from discovery to execution.
• Assist in engaging with customer stakeholders to gather inputs and support roadmap development.
