Reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable , you will play an important role in supporting the accounts payable function by ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled accurately, financial records are maintained, and payment deadlines are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cashbooks.
- Download and process municipal billing from municipal portals.
- Perform creditor payment reconciliations and weekly credit card reconciliations.
- Verify supplier invoices, ensuring valid tax invoices are captured under the correct entities.
