Junior Accounting Analyst (Xico)

We are a full‑time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, requiring attendance 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Capture accounting records in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Responsible for preparing balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team throughout the monthly closing process.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Control fixed and intangible assets.
• Provide support for special automation and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in financial accounting areas, preferable in the financial or fintech sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
