Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and enter journal entries
• Assist in maintaining general ledger accounts
• Process employee expense reports and verify receipts
• Help with payroll preparation and timesheet verification
