Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support accounting and bookkeeping functions for a portfolio of clients. This role provides valuable exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping for assigned clients.
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare supporting schedules for tax reporting, audits, and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Support senior accountants in managing client accounting engagements.
