General Purpose
The Junior Accountant position provides recent graduates and soon-to-be graduates with hands‑on experience in corporate accounting while preparing them for advancement into a Staff Accountant role.
Working directly with experienced accountants and accounting leadership, you’ll learn how to prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, analyze financial information, prepare financial reports, and develop a strong understanding of the accounting processes that support one of the nation’s fastest-growing healthcare organizations.
