Junior Accountant

About the role

We manufacture heat transfer labels and garment embellishments for premium apparel brands. You’ll handle day-to-day accounting in Tally and be a primary point of contact for client accounts — so numbers and people skills both matter.

Key responsibilities

- Complete day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime — sales, purchase, journal, receipt, payment vouchers

- Maintain stock and inventory entries, including godown-wise records and correct voucher type usage

- Daily client communication on invoices, payment follow-ups, ledger confirmations and reconciliation of accounts

- Bank reconciliation, vendor payments and outstanding tracking

- Support GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS entries and e-way bill / e-invoice generation

- Assist with monthly closing, ledger scrutiny and audit data preparation
