Junior Accountant (m/f/d)

The role
As a Junior Accountant, you will support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and compliant accounting in line with Local GAAP and Group GAAP. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and international finance teams and gradually develop towards independent responsibility for accounting and closing activities. The role is based north of Milan.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (Sales Ledger):
* Perform daily banking postings and reconciliations
* Post customer invoices and credit notes
* Monitor outstanding receivables and support debt collection activities
* Prepare and send monthly customer statements
* Handle customer account queries (invoices, proof of delivery, statements)
* Maintain customer master data and credit limits in SAP

Accounts Payable (Purchase Ledger):
* Post expense and stock invoices, including intercompany invoices
