Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant/Financial Analyst to support our manufacturing and operations teams. This role will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and partner closely with Finance, Production, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insights that drive business performance.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with production teams and manufacturing leadership in both office and shop environments.
- Support the Finance and Business teams on various ad‑hoc requests.
- Prepare and post journal entries (JEs), including SRR, capital, and other transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Scrap Repair & Rework (SRR) analysis with breakdowns and provide clear variance commentary.
