We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our Family Office team. This role involves managing daily accounting tasks across multiple entities, in varying businesses and industries. Full-Cycle Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Process and maintain the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable for various entities
- Manage AP contracts and subscriptions and coordinate renewals
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and assist onboard new vendors
- Perform full cycle bookkeeping functions for other Beedie-owned businesses
