Junior Account Manager Long Tail - UKI

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven professional to join our Account Management Team at Perk. As an Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, growth, and margin across an existing portfolio of accounts.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of long-tail (LT) customers across the UKI market, helping clients maximise the value they receive from Perk while identifying opportunities to expand their business with us.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage a portfolio of long-tail customers across the UKI market.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers responsible for their company's travel program.
