Provides learning consulting and management of learning initiatives. Interfaces with leaders to determine training needs and requirements. Designs, develops and builds basic training programs. Effectively manages the training process.
Responsibilities
- Applies knowledge of training methodology to create training outputs.
- Analyzes evaluation data.
- Train new hires and internal employees.
- Certify in process training and inspection required.
- Manage the training plan according to Company requirements.
