Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a high‑performing Credit Risk Technology team within a leading financial institution. This role supports critical non‑financial risk applications and workflow systems (OpenPages), contributing to quarterly releases and continuous enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for system enhancements and releases.
- Partner with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements align with business objectives.
- Provide hands‑on support by navigating and understanding supported applications (e.g., workflow tools, OpenPages).
- Conduct impact analysis and support testing, UAT, and change management activities.
- Perform basic SQL queries and data analysis; support ad‑hoc reporting and dashboard development (Power BI or similar tools).
