We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Jr. Supply Chain Manager to handle day-to-day procurement, invoice processing, menu updates, and KPI reporting. The role supports our Supply Chain and Quality Manager and works closely with internal teams across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
- Handle non-food procurement for recurring orders and new site deployments
- Place orders and coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
Invoice & Financial Administration
- Process incoming invoices and verify against purchase orders
- Route invoices for approval and follow up on discrepancies or delays
Menu Management
- Update and maintain menus across relevant systems and sites
- Coordinate changes with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate implementation
