Support the recruitment team by generating candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate ATS data, and ensuring smooth interview coordination for tech and regulated roles within a fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for technical and regulated roles (CNBV / Banco de México context).
- Screen and organize candidate profiles to build qualified pipelines.
- Maintain and update candidate information in Workday (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process tracking.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders (scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups).
- Support the recruitment team in keeping processes organized, timely, and efficient.
