- Interact in a daily basis with Inspectors, Technicians and Engineers to get information needed to support customer claims responses
- Supports Customer Quality Engineer to execute activities related to sorting product.
- Supports Sr Customer Quality Engineer in daily Tiered meetings and takes responsibility for quality concerns raised.
