Jr. Online Operations Specialist

The role

The Junior Online Operations Specialist will provide critical administrative and execution support for the department. This role focuses on the seamless flow of marketing assets, product launches, and internal documentation. You will act as a primary point of contact for regional coordination and process tracking, reporting directly to the Department Manager.

Key accountabilities

1. Asset & Content Coordination
   • Collect and organize digital assets for various country teams.
   • Facilitate the creation and distribution of rich content (A+ content, product descriptions, visuals).
   • Monitor product launch timelines to ensure all materials are live and accurate.
2. Process tracking
   • Oversee the lifecycle of contracts and invoices (routing for signatures, ensuring timely submission, and record‑keeping).
