Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Internal Comms & Engagement agenda.
• Collaborate in core areas such as L&D, Talent Review, Succession & Career planning, Leadership development, Performance management for assigned functions.
• Develop individuals and teams through facilitation of various leadership workshops and cultural programmes.
• Lead and develop the Internal Comms and Engagement Plan.
